How do I receive my eBook files?
BookFunnel is the delivery service that the typing owls and I use for ebooks.
- You will receive an email from help@bookfunnel.com - this email contains the link to your book.
- Click on the link in the BookFunnel email. It will look something like bookhip.com/(letters).
- Follow the prompts to download your ebook to the device of your choice.
- If you have any problems at all, BookFunnel have fantastic customer
support to help you, and you can email them directly for help at
help@bookfunnel.com
If you can't see your BookFunnel email, make sure to check your spam or promotion's tab (for gmail accounts)
How do I read my new eBooks?
You can read your ebooks on any eReader (Amazon, Kobo, Nook), your tablet, phone, computer, and/or in the free BookFunnel app. The email you receive from BookFunnel will give you clear and easy to follow instructions on how to do that.
What is your return policy?
There is no return policy for ebooks. If you're having any trouble at all downloading your purchased books via BookFunnel, they provide excellent customer support. If you're still stuck, please contact me at help@tatehousebooks.com and I'll do my best to help you out!
What do I do if I don't receive my email or my eBook won't download?
This hasn't happened yet (phew). But, if you don't receive an email from BookFunnel with your eBook within an hour of your purchase, please double check your spam or promotions tab. If it's still not there, please email help@tatehousebooks.com, and I will respond as quickly as possible.
If you've received your email, but you're having trouble downloading your eBook, please email help@bookfunnel.com. They'll get you sorted quickly.

How long will it take for my book to arrive once I order?
As soon as you make your order, my typing owls send the details straight to my distributor - Bookvault. They print your book and put it in the post. All up, your book(s) should be arriving at your door within 7 - 14 business days.
What do I do if I don't receive my book within 14 days?
If it has been 14 days and you still haven't received your book (or an email with a tracking link), please email help@tatehousebooks.com, and I will get onto it ASAP.
